 Pre-Sale Equity Improvement!
We helped the owner of this house get far more for the house than spent with us.
We performed a complete re-roof, upgraded electrical service to 200 amp and replaced electrical panel. Painted out the trim and did some concrete and brick work.

 New Patio Roof
Removed and disposed of approximately 500 sf of old, dilapidated patio roof. Rebuilt a sturdy new roof structure complete with gutters and sconces on the posts to light up the patio.
