 Ballard Addition + Remodel
We added a 600 sq. ft. addition on the back of this customer’s house.
In addition to removing all fixtures and drywall in the existing house, we also replaced the electrical, plumbing, HVAC unit and ducting throughout.
We also tiled the kitchen and three bathrooms, replaced the driveway and completely re-landscaped the entire grounds. The result was a beautiful new 3 bedroom, 3 full bath one story home in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle.
We completely changed the look of this home from the street, removing the carport, pouring a new driveway, reconfiguring the placement of the windows and installing a rock wall.
 In the back portion of the property, we literally cut the garage in half and extended the house out to the new one car garage, adding a master bedroom with walk-in closet, master bathroom and another bedroom and office.
We replaced the entire roof as well as reframed the kitchen ceiling for a contemporary look. We replaced all the siding, trim, windows and built 3 new decks with an exotic hardwood called IPE or ironwood.
When we refinish a bathroom we won't install a new tub or surround over existing water damage, we replace rotted wood framing and sheeting as needed to ensure that you enjoy your new bathroom for years to come.
In the kitchen we were able to open the floor plan by removing two walls allowing for a cooking island with a raised counter top ideal for entertaining. We installed all new shaker style maple cabinets with custom glass doors and beautiful granite counter tops. Our customer was excited to see his vision realized with the help of Jafco Company.
